Why CCN
Since it’s establishment in 2016, CCN has been working with government and industrial partners worldwide, fulfilling its mission of promoting trade and investment through education, while empowering a young generation of talents with digital capacities and a global mindset.
Through its International Foundation Programme (IFP), CCN has developed a successful system of foundation education to fully prepare international students for their Chinese-taught degree studies in China, linguistically, academically and culturally.
IFP is jointly recognised by 37 member universities in China. Students who have successfully completed IFP will be admitted to CCN member universities based on their IFP final results as sole criteria.
Between academic years of 2016/17 and 2021/22, more than 3,000 international students have completed IFP and progressed to CCN member universities successfully for their degree studies, many of whom have been awarded scholarships for their academic excellence.

Government Partners
Under the collaborative framework of “Government-led Initiative, University-Enterprise Cooperation”, CCN has been working closely with government organisations, with a joint commitment of developing local talent with knowledge and experience about China in the new era of digital economy.
It is believed that with the great effort and support from government partners, more local talent with a high level of professional skills, cultural adaptability and global vision will be trained to support the further development of trade and investment, strengthening the bilateral ties between China and other countries.
CCN is part of a vast and dynamic global network with government and industrial partners around the world. We believe that building a community with a shared future for mankind is in essence to bring people in different parts of the world closer. This is echoed by the mission of CCN, which is to promote trade and investment through education, empowering international students by offering them a one-stop solution to study in China through a diverse ecosystem for global talents development, engaging not only universities but also governments and enterprises.
